Expert woven shirt manufacturing from Bangladesh with precision collar and cuff construction, custom pattern development, and premium fabric sourcing — for US brands seeking quality dress shirts, casual button-downs, and women’s blouses at competitive Bangladesh factory prices.
Woven shirts and blouses occupy a unique position in the garment manufacturing world. Unlike knitwear, where fabric stretch compensates for minor construction variations, woven garments demand absolute precision in every aspect — from pattern engineering and fabric cutting to collar construction, button placement, and pressing. A poorly made shirt reveals its flaws immediately: uneven collar points, misaligned patterns at seams, puckered buttonholes, and inconsistent measurements destroy the premium perception that shirt brands work so hard to establish.
At Garmentora, our woven shirt division operates from our production facility in Narayanganj, Bangladesh — a purpose-built complex for woven garment manufacturing. The facility houses dedicated shirt production lines equipped with specialized machinery including automated collar turning and pressing stations, buttonhole machines with laser-guided placement, and computer-controlled fusing systems for collar and cuff interlining. Bangladesh’s Narayanganj district is a traditional hub for woven garment excellence, and our facility leverages this regional expertise.
Our shirt production team includes skilled specialized workers, many of whom have spent their entire careers in Bangladesh’s woven garment sector. This deep specialization shows in the details — perfectly symmetrical collar points, crisp placket edges, precisely matched patterns across panels, and flawless buttonhole finishing. Bangladesh’s woven shirt expertise is globally recognized, with the country exporting billions of dollars of woven shirts annually to the US, EU, and other major markets.
We produce men’s dress shirts, casual shirts, formal shirts, Oxford button-downs, chambray shirts, flannel shirts, linen shirts, camp collar shirts, overshirts, and Western shirts. For women, we manufacture blouses, tailored shirts, relaxed silhouettes, wrap blouses, pussy-bow blouses, and oversized boyfriend shirts. Each category has its own production protocols optimized for the specific construction challenges of that style.
The collar is the most visible and technically demanding component of a shirt. We offer over 15 collar styles including classic spread, semi-spread, point collar, button-down, cutaway, mandarin, band collar, and pin collar — each requiring specific interlining weights, turning techniques, and pressing profiles. Our collar production uses fused interlining selected from a library of 40+ interlinings varying in weight, hand feel, and washability. Each collar style has a prescribed interlining specification that’s been developed and refined through extensive wash testing.
Collar symmetry is verified on every unit using precision measuring gauges. Collar point length must match within 1mm, collar band height must be consistent to within 0.5mm, and collar roll must be even and natural. Our automated collar pressing stations ensure consistent shape and crispness across every piece in an order.
