Our puffer jacket program covers both down-filled and synthetic insulated styles. We work with duck down, goose down (550-800 fill power), and synthetic alternatives including Thinsulate, PrimaLoft, and recycled polyester fill. Construction options include box quilting, horizontal quilting, diamond quilting, and seamless welded baffles. Our down-filling stations use precision volumetric systems to ensure consistent fill distribution across every panel, preventing the cold spots and migration issues that plague lower-quality puffer production.
Shell fabrics for puffers include nylon ripstop, polyester micro-fiber, recycled nylon, and woven down-proof cotton. We offer both glossy and matte finishes, with DWR (Durable Water Repellent) coating standard on all outerwear shells. Packable designs with included stuff sacks, reversible constructions, and detachable hood options are all within our capability set.
The bomber jacket has evolved from military heritage to fashion staple, and we produce versions ranging from authentic MA-1 reproductions to contemporary fashion interpretations. Our bomber program includes classic nylon bombers, satin bombers, wool-blend varsity jackets, and leather-look PU bombers. Construction features include ribbed knit collar, cuffs and hem band, quilted lining, utility and pen pockets, and zippered chest pockets. We offer custom lining prints — a powerful branding opportunity that many brands overlook — with sublimation printed polyester lining fabric in any design you specify.
Mid-layer and softshell jackets that bridge the gap between base layers and hard shells. We produce softshell jackets with mechanical stretch, breathable membrane-backed fabrics, and DWR finish. Fleece jackets include full-zip, half-zip, and pullover styles in micro fleece, polar fleece, and bonded fleece constructions. Technical features include chin guards, thumb holes, elastic hem drawcords, and multiple pocket configurations with water-resistant zippers.
